Yvette has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1998 and is the founder of South Tampa Therapy & Wellness. She is EMDR Certified, extensively trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a Board-Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. In addition, she is a certified facilitator for Prepare/Enrich, a leading evidence-based program for couples counseling, and she is also trained to screen and diagnose Irlen Syndrome.
Yvette specializes in trauma recovery and couples counseling, drawing on her comprehensive training and decades of experience to provide individualized, evidence-based care that supports healing, growth, and long-term well-being.

Linda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience supporting adults through a wide range of challenges, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, low self-worth, co-dependency, poor personal boundaries, grief, stress, panic attacks, and the unique experiences of adult children of immigrants.
She is an EMDR Consultant and an Amen Clinics Certified Brain Health Coach, integrating advanced trauma-focused care with evidence-based modalities. Depending on each client’s needs, Linda utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)/Mindfulness, and Clinical Hypnosis to foster healing and resilience.
Linda is fluent in English and Ukrainian, allowing her to provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse client base.

Victoria is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with experience supporting clients through a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and behavioral concerns. She is trained in Virtual EMDR and incorporates additional therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy to create a tailored treatment plan that meets each client’s unique needs.
Victoria also has experience working with adults on the autism spectrum, providing compassionate, developmentally informed care.

Kendall is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern dedicated to supporting clients through challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, social anxiety, marital difficulties, self-esteem concerns, trauma, and phobias. She works with adolescents, adults, and couples, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
Her therapeutic style integrates a holistic, evidence-based framework, drawing on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness Practices. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, Kendall is committed to ongoing professional development and the use of current, research-supported interventions in her practice.

As an EMDR-trained clinician, Glenda is passionate about helping clients process trauma, manage anxiety, build resilience, and strengthen meaningful connections. Mattie integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help clients process their experiences and achieve meaningful personal growth. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), providing clients with a trauma-informed pathway to healing.
Passionate about helping individuals become the best version of themselves, Mattie believes each person is the expert of their own life.
