Yvette has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1998 and is the owner of South Tampa Therapy & Wellness. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR Certified, and she is a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Yvette is a facilitator for Prepare~Enrich, a couples counseling program. Yvette is also trained to screen and diagnose Irlen Syndrome. Yvette specializes in the area trauma work and couples counseling.

Linda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Her expertise is in treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, low self-worth, co-dependency, poor personal boundaries, grief, stress, panic attacks, and adult children of immigrants. She utilizes EMDR therapy along with CBT, ACT/Mindfulness, and hypnosis depending on the client's needs. Linda is also an Amen's Clinic Certified Brain Health Coach.
Linda is fluent in English and Ukrainian.

Victoria is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern for the State of Florida. She has worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and behavioral issues. Victoria is trained in virtual EMDR and utilizes other modalities including CBT, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered. Victoria also has experience with working with children and adults on the Spectrum.

Kendall is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in the State of Florida, working with clients facing depression, anxiety, substance abuse, social anxiety, marital issues, self-esteem struggles, trauma, and phobias. She works with teens, adults, and couples, integrating a holistic approach while utilizing EMDR, DBT, Strengths-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, and mindfulness. With a strong foundation in trauma care, Kendall is committed to expanding her expertise and providing current, evidence-based insights in her practice.

Glenda is a Registered Mental Health Therapist based in Florida, dedicated to supporting teens, adults, and families through life’s challenges. She utilizes a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach, integrating DBT, CBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). EMDR-trained, Glenda is passionate about helping clients find healing, build resilience, and foster meaningful connections. Whether managing anxiety, guiding families through crisis, or providing trauma-focused care, she brings empathy, expertise, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique journey. Mattie Shaw is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the State of Florida. Mattie works with clients from all walks of life, with a particular focus on young adults and couples. She takes a person-centered approach to therapy, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Mattie integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help clients process their experiences and move toward meaningful growth. Mattie is passionate about helping individuals become the best version of themselves and believes that each person is the expert of their own life. You will be responsible for a late cancellation fee of $100 if cancellation is less than 48 hours during regular business days. If you do not show up for a scheduled session a no-show fee of the clinician's self-pay rate will be charged. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
